Our Gym Memberships start at just £20 per month for off-peak open gym access with no minimal term contract or joining fees! If you enjoy group exercise, our class memberships are a fantastic way to get involved in our fantastic classes coached by our ARC Fitness Team. All our classes are appropriate for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, making them ideal for members who need a bit of extra support, and those who want a bit of a push!
Basic Gym - £24pm
Off-peak Basic Gym - £20pm
Double Gym - £35pm
Unlimited Gym - £50pm
Off Peak Basic Gym - just £20 per month for gym access between 9am and 5pm weekdays and anytime weekends.
Basic Gym - £24 per month for anytime access (£22 for U18’s - contact us to take out this membership) for unlimited use of our gym facilities, plus a discounted class fee of £6.
Double Gym - £35 per month includes basic open gym benefits plus 10 free classes per month.
Unlimited Gym - £50 per month includes unlimited open gym access and unlimited number of classes!
Teen Class Membership - £24 per month includes 10 classes every month just for teens (12-16). We have 3 Teen Fitness classes per week, covering a combination of strength and cardio based exercises. These sessions are about developing a love of exercise!
We also run an Inclusive class for those with disabilities and a Health class for people looking to improve their basic health and fitness…
PLUS combine any of our gym memberships with an adult racquet membership and you get 15% off the total price!
If you are brand new or returning from a break from the gym, we offer inductions for our gym throughout the week. Free inductions run twice a week, which can be booked into on TeamUp using the link below. They are available on Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:00pm, and Saturdays 11:00am-11:30am.
If you are unavailable at these times, you can book an induction at a time that works for you and one of our PTs for just £3, by filling in the form below. One of our capable team members will respond within a few days, and an appropriate time will be arranged for you!
