VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are intrinsic to the success of ARC. Our volunteers are valued and respected members of the team who make the ARC vision a reality on a daily basis. We simply could not exist without our volunteers.

The ARC Volunteer team is made up of people from many different backgrounds and interests. They give up anywhere between 1 to 15 hours a week to help with the day-to-day operation at ARC. Our volunteers work alongside paid staff and include roles such as Grounds & Maintenance, Welcome Desk, Sessions Activators, and many more.

The aim of our Volunteer Programme is to provide real opportunities to local people to get active, gain new skills, share existing skills and meet new people in a safe and supportive environment whilst helping us achieve our community aims and objectives.
