Atlantic Racquet Centre is looking for an early morning/afternoon cleaner to join our existing team of cleaners.
ARC is a community racquet & fitness centre where everyone can exercise, socialise and learn together. The centre currently boasts over 1200 members regularly accessing our 10 tennis courts, 3 badminton courts, 2 table tennis tables, 2 squash & racketball courts and large functional fitness Gym. The final phase of the project is set for completion in 2024 and will include a multi-sports hall and community Café.
The successful applicant will work independently under the direction of the management team. They will be responsible for cleaning in all of the main spaces including: toilets, changing rooms, offices, gym, lobby areas. They will be responsible for ensuring the centre is in a clean and hygienic condition ready for the day ahead and replenishing supplies where required.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, fast working, punctual and professional with experience of cleaning work in similar commercial environments. An interest in sport & leisure and the ARC vision & mission is desirable.
The position may involve early morning shifts from 6-8am or afternoon shifts from 12.30-2.30pm. Hours will depend on the successful candidate’s availability and centre needs.
