This August, we’re offering all our Badminton, Squash and Unlimited Racquet members free fitness classes to help get you into shape for the new season! That’s a whole month of Functional Fitness, Functional Strength, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and more, completely free!
Booking for our diverse range of fitness classes is easy, simply choose the class you want to attend via TeamUp, or let us know at reception, and you’ll be booked in for free.

PLUS, we’ve created sport-specific training programmes for Squash and Badminton members that include speed, strength and interval cardio exercises - tailored towards making sure your body is ready for the new season and helping you avoid injury. These training programmes are free as part of your membership and can be collected from reception.
